Change UAC Settings

User Account Control (UAC) settings can be changed via the UserAccountControlSettings.exe tool.

Can also be located under the Tools bar of the System Configuration utility as Change UAC Settings.

The slidebar changes what events will trigger Windows to prompt for confirmation for system changes being performed by a program.
