System Configuration Utility
The System Configuration urility (MSConfig) is a useful menu for advanced system troubleshooting and contains plenty of useful information.
General tab: you can select devices of services for Windows to load upon boot.
Boot tab: manages OS boot options.
Services tab: lists all services configured for the system regardless if they are in a running state or not
Startup tab: not important, startup applications are managed through Task Manager.
Tools: arguably the most useful tab, this Tools section contains a list of various utilities that we can run to configure the operating system. Included in the GUI is a brief description of each tool to provide insight into what the tool is for.
